I am prompted to write this this email by the thoroughly professional and unexpectedly hassle-free manner in which it was completed. The two lads, Ciaran and Frank, are a credit to your firm. I am only too familiar with the problems of working within someone else’s house and the upset it can cause but I have to say that such was the flexibility and effort to work with us, shown by both, the work was finished quickly and to an extremely high standard. I would like very much that their (and all the others) superiors would be made aware just how pleased we were with every aspect of their work, communication and the fact that they left the house in an acceptable manner every evening and carried out a thorough clean before they left.
