Ventilation
Adequate ventilation must be present in the loft area before any further insulation is installed. This will be identified by the Homeseal Surveyor. The householder will then be responsible for ensuring that ventilators are fitted in the property before Homeseal can proceed with any loft insulation. Failure to have adequate ventilation can result in damp and condensation problems in your loft after the insulation is laid.
