Insulation
Plus Scheme
The
scheme is aimed at private owner-occupiers and private landlords,
to encourage them to have cavity wall and or loft insulation installed
in their properties. The maximum cash back grant available
for the scheme is £300.
Eligibility
Criteria
Applicants
must be either homeowner or rent from a private Landlord.
Cashback
Available
- You will receive £150 cash back for Cavity Wall Insulation
if the installation cost is over £200 and £75 cash
back if the installation cost is bellow £200.
- You will receive £150 cash back for Loft Insulation if
the installation cost is over £300 and £75 cash back
if the installation cost is bellow £300
(Please note that
to quality for cash back for loft insulation you must spend at least
£100)
How
to Register
To
register please contact your local Energy Efficiency Advice Centre
on FREEPHONE 0800 512012. You will receive an application
form and a list of all the approved insulation installers in Northern
Ireland.
How
to Claim your Cashback
- You
must have a Client Reference Number before your work is carried
out this number will be issued by the Energy Efficiency Advice
Centre (please note that you cannot register for this Client Reference
Number after work is complete the number is only valid for 45
days)
- When
you have received your Client Reference Number you can proceed
with installation
- Upon receipt of full payment Homeseal
will issue you with an invoice, which must accompany your measure-installed
sheet. This must be forwarded along with your application
form to Eaga plc, Dinree House, Thomas Street, Dungannon to claim
your cash back
- Please allow
6-8 weeks for processing of your payment.
- Numbers are
limited and its on a first come first served basis
